Questions people actually ask
What counts as a “product”?expand_more
Each product collected in a run counts once against your daily allowance. Re-syncing the same product tomorrow counts again, because we visit the supplier again to fetch the current price and stock.
What happens when I hit a limit?expand_more
The run stops at the limit and tells you in plain words what it delivered — 20 of 55, say. Nothing is deleted and nothing is lost; the allowance refills at midnight UTC.
Do I need a card to start?expand_more
No. The free plan needs only an email address and includes the whole import-to-publish flow, so you can test it against your own suppliers before paying anything.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?expand_more
Nothing is deleted. Schedules and store connections above the new plan's limits are paused, not removed — and they come straight back if you upgrade again, without reconnecting anything.
Who am I actually buying from?expand_more
Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT in your country, and issues your invoice. We never see or store your card details.
Can I change plan mid-cycle?expand_more
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and you're charged only the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep what you bought until it runs out.
