How to add dropshipping products to BigCommerce

6 min readBy the ScrapeOra teamUpdated 28 October 2026

To add dropshipping products to BigCommerce, connect a supplier, connect your BigCommerce store with a store-level API token, import the products you want, and publish them with your pricing applied. ScrapeOra then keeps prices and stock in sync and can fulfil orders.

This guide works with every supplier ScrapeOra supports and needs no code.

What you need

  • A ScrapeOra account.
  • A supplier to import from, such as CJdropshipping, Printful or Printify, or a supplier store you import by link.
  • A BigCommerce store where you can create a store-level API account with the Products scope.

1. Connect a supplier

Save your supplier's API key in ScrapeOra, or get ready to paste a product link from a supplier store. This is where your products come from.

2. Create a BigCommerce API account

In the BigCommerce control panel, go to Settings, API, Store-level API accounts, and Create API account. Set Products to modify, save, and keep the Access token, which is shown once. The store hash is in the API path on the same screen.

3. Connect your BigCommerce store

In ScrapeOra, open Add store and choose BigCommerce. Enter the store hash and the API token, then pick a schedule and connect.

4. Import, price and publish

Import products from your supplier, apply your pricing rule, and publish to BigCommerce with photos and variants. Re-importing updates what you already have rather than duplicating.

5. Keep it in sync

Put the import on a schedule so prices and stock stay current. In Full sync mode a product that disappears from the supplier is hidden in BigCommerce, never deleted.

Common problems and fixes

BigCommerce returns 403
The API account needs Products set to modify. Edit the account or create a new one with the right scope.
Products are missing a required value
Products without a title or price are skipped and listed in the push report, never published half-empty. Fill the missing value and re-run.
The store hash looks wrong
It is the code in your control-panel address, store-XXXXXX.mybigcommerce.com, and in the API path when you create the account.

Frequently asked questions

Which suppliers can I use?
CJdropshipping, Printful and Printify through their official APIs, AliExpress in Beta, or a supplier store you import by link.
Can ScrapeOra fulfil BigCommerce orders?
Order fulfilment and tracking write-back are live for Shopify and WooCommerce stores; for BigCommerce, sync keeps your prices and stock current and a manual ordering checklist is available.
Are vanished products deleted?
No. Full sync hides them, it never deletes, so existing orders still resolve.
