How to export supplier products to Google Sheets

4 min readBy the ScrapeOra teamUpdated 28 October 2026

To export supplier products to Google Sheets, connect Google Sheets to ScrapeOra, import the products you want, and ScrapeOra adds one row per product with its title, price, SKU, stock and link. It keeps the sheet current on a schedule, which is handy for review, price lists or feeding another tool.

This guide takes about five minutes and needs no code.

What you need

  • A ScrapeOra account.
  • A Google account.
  • Optionally, an existing spreadsheet you own.

1. Connect Google Sheets

In ScrapeOra, open Add store and choose Google Sheets. Leave the Spreadsheet field empty to have ScrapeOra create a new sheet, which asks Google only for access to that one file, or paste the address of a sheet you own.

The ScrapeOra Stores page.
Connect Google Sheets from the Stores page.

2. Allow access with Google

Choose Continue with Google and allow access. A sheet ScrapeOra creates for you needs only access to that single file. Connecting a sheet you already own asks for Google's spreadsheets permission.

3. Import products

Import products from your suppliers. Each product becomes one row with its title, price, SKU, stock, link and the rest of its fields, and numbers stay numbers so you can sort and total them.

4. Keep the sheet current

Back in ScrapeOra, edit the connection to pick the schedule it delivers after. On each run the sheet is updated, and columns follow the header row, so you can reorder them.

Common problems and fixes

You declined the Google permission
Connect again and allow access when Google asks.
The connection shows Invalid
Google access was removed from your account. Connect again to restore it.
Columns are in the wrong order
Reorder the header row in the sheet. ScrapeOra follows the header, so your order is kept.

Frequently asked questions

Does it create a new sheet or use mine?
Either. Leave the field blank for a new sheet, or paste the address of a sheet you own.
Can I feed the sheet into another tool?
Yes. A row per product with clean fields is easy to import elsewhere, or to use as a price list.
How often is the sheet refreshed?
On every run of the schedule you attach, from every few hours to weekly.
