How to sync one product catalog to multiple stores

6 min readBy the ScrapeOra teamUpdated 28 October 2026

To sell the same products in more than one store, import your catalogue once and connect each store as its own destination. Every store can have its own pricing and its own schedule, and all of them stay in sync from the one imported source, so you maintain products in a single place.

This guide shows how to fan one catalogue out to several stores without duplicating your work.

What you need

  • A ScrapeOra account.
  • A supplier connected and products imported.
  • Two or more stores to publish to, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or a Facebook catalog.

1. Import your catalogue once

Import the products you want to sell. This single imported catalogue is the source every store will draw from, so you only maintain products in one place.

2. Connect each store

Under Add store, connect each store you want to sell in. You can mix platforms: Shopify alongside WooCommerce, BigCommerce and a Facebook catalog. Each connection holds its own credentials.

3. Give each store its own pricing

Each connection can carry its own pricing rule, so the same product can sell at one price on Shopify and another on a marketplace-style store, all from the same supplier cost.

4. Bind each store to a schedule

Attach each store to a schedule so it receives updates automatically. Stores can share one schedule or run on different cadences, for example a fast-moving store every few hours and a steadier one daily.

Each connection delivers after the runs of the schedule it is bound to, so one source can feed several stores on their own timetables.

5. Maintain products in one place

From now on you edit and re-import in one place, and every connected store is updated on its next run. Prices and stock stay consistent across all of them, and you never retype a product for a second store.

Common problems and fixes

One store updated but another did not
Check that each store is bound to a schedule and that the schedule ran. Stores on different schedules update on their own cadence.
I want different prices per store
Give each connection its own pricing rule. The imported cost is shared, but the selling price is set per store.
A product duplicated in one store
Re-importing matches a stable source key and updates in place. A duplicate usually means the product was created in that store by another tool; connect it to ScrapeOra and let the next sync reconcile it.

Frequently asked questions

Can I sell on different platforms at once?
Yes. You can publish the same catalogue to Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and a Facebook catalog together, plus Google Sheets or your own webhook.
Do all stores have to share a price?
No. Each store can carry its own pricing rule while drawing from the same supplier cost.
Where do I edit a product that sells in several stores?
In the one imported catalogue. Your edit flows to every connected store on its next scheduled run.
